What our customers say

Real Google reviews from drivers across Ottawa.

How it works

Three steps, no shop visit, no waiting room.

1. Send a photo

Snap a clear picture of the chip or crack and submit it through our quote form.

2. We give you a quote

We review the photo and reply with a straight answer — repair or replacement — and a price.

3. We come to you

We meet you at home, work, or a parking lot and complete the repair on-site.

If it's repairable, we repair it.

The industry's ROLAGS standard says windshield damage up to about 14 inches can usually be repaired safely. Beyond that — or in the driver's primary line of sight in certain cases — a full replacement is the honest answer. If your damage is past the repairable limit, we'll tell you straight instead of taking your money for a fix that won't hold.

Frequently asked questions

If yours isn't here, ask us directly.

How long does a repair take?+

Most stone chip repairs take about 30 minutes on-site, from setup to cleanup. Crack repairs can take a bit longer depending on length.

Will the chip be completely invisible after repair?+

Not always. A good repair restores most of the structural integrity of the glass and dramatically improves the look — but you'll usually still see a faint mark where the damage was, especially on cracks. The goal is safety and stopping the damage from spreading, not a cosmetic finish.

Does insurance cover this?+

Many Ontario auto insurance policies cover stone chip repair with no deductible — check with your provider.

What if my crack is too big to repair?+

Beyond about 14 inches — the industry's ROLAGS repairable limit — a windshield needs full replacement to stay safe. If yours is past that point, we'll tell you straight rather than sell you a repair that won't hold.

Do you come to my workplace or a parking lot?+

Yes — home driveway, office parking lot, plaza lot, wherever the car will be sitting. We just need a reasonably level spot and a bit of space around the windshield.
